Pole Classes

Strip to Fit-Pole

Try this fun and flirty class combining the fun of striptease with the flirt of pole. A step up from Strip to Fit, this dance class will bring you up from the floor and out of your box! Work the full body with great dance moves in combination with techniques to improve upper body strength. Beginner level spins are taught in these classes, usually 1-2 swings a month.

Pole Technique I & II

Pole Technique is a great class that will move you through the challenges of learning and mastering the Pole, beginning with the basics and moving through the advancements of spins. Build upper body strength while perfecting your skills, combination spins, and building confidence. The week by week sessions will help you to master the beginner level spins and prepare for more advanced pole work. Saturday mornings are a great time to drop in and we usually have full classes. So we have added an additional Pole Tech class. The first one at 10.30 is for first time and drop in students. The second class will spill over from the first, but will offer more first timers and the usual students more space to play. Open Pole to follow as schedule permits until 1pm.

Intermediate & Advance Pole

Intermediate pole takes fun and fitness to a whole new level! Learn to climb, invert, and take combinations to the highest heights! A natural progression from Pole Technique, this is the next challenge to mastering the acrobatics of pole work.

Fitness Classes

Strip to Fit-Lap 6p Tuesday & 7p Wednesday

Taking Striptease back to the basics. No Pole, but lots of sexy floor work, as well as a chair as a prop and seat for that special someone. Come in and get a great workout that is fun, different, flirty, and never feels like exercise!

Fit, Firm & Flirty6pm Tuesday & Thursday & 9.30am Saturday

Love the idea of Pole but know that you have a ways to go till you are spinning with the pros?  Want to break out of your routine, the treadmill, or step off the Stairmaster???  Try this great Cardio and Conditioning class that will challenge what you know about yourself, exercise and the meaning of FUN!  This hard core workout is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your calories burning. Run, jump and dance your way into shape. 

Beginner Hip Hop 6p Monday

Start your workout week with this great beginner class.! A great cardio class will have your heart beating and your feet movin'! Join Asami as she is rocking the dance floor and helping you learn some great dance steps and mastering the basics Monday nights at 6.00p!

 

Club Salsa 7pm Monday

Want to get out there and dance? This great cardio class is going to get you moving and learning the steps to the hottest club style Salsa around these days! Not just another aerobics class, this heart pounding hour will help you master Salsa, Rumba, Merangie and other sexy latin dances. No Partner needed, just an hour, a towel and some fun dancing that will never even feel like exercise! Join Athea as she dances you to your fitness goals.

Balance, Flexibility & Meditation

This well rounded Yoga class will welcome men and women alike and will focus on flexibility and balance. Our lives are busy and chaotic at times, this class seeks help increase strength and flexibility while bringing a moment of quiet reflection to the chaos of everyday life. Join us for this Co-ed class on Thursdays.

Beginners Yoga

Yoga for Beginners is the right place to start if you have not been on a mat in a while or ever. This class will move through the conditioning and strength-building poses that are sure to help increase flexibility, help find a quiet moment and de-stress. No reservation is required, but is appreciated. Namaste.

Abs & Arms

There are many ways to strengthen the upper body, but this unique class is geared exactly towards the muscles used during Pole. This is an excellent class to add to your routine while mastering Pole. It will help to not only build strength, but confidence while diluting anxiety that sometimes stands in our way of mastering the most intense of Pole instruction.
